DAMA Philadelphia hosts five full day chapter meetings per year, every other month from September through May. There are additional professional development opportunities, such as instructor led training, seminars and certification camps. These special events are priced separately at a discounted rate. Networking functions are held after select meetings and events.

Anahi Santiago
Anahi Santiago is the Chief Information Security Officer at Christiana Care Health System (CCHS), the largest healthcare provider in the state of Delaware. Prior to joining CCHS, she spent over 10 years as the Information Security and Privacy Officer at Einstein Healthcare Network. In her role as CISO she has overall responsibility for the organization's cybersecurity and assurance program. Ms. Santiago leads a team of information security professionals in supporting CCHS's strategic initiatives by collaborating with clinical and business leaders, managing cybersecurity risks, implementing policies and controls, generating overall awareness, and fostering a culture of security and safety.

Ms. Santiago holds a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering as well as an executive MBA from Drexel University. She also holds a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification. She is an active contributor and member of several local, state, and federal cybersecurity organizations including the Healthcare Sector Coordinating Council's Cybersecurity Working Group, Delaware Healthcare Cybersecurity Alliance, and Philadelphia’s Women and Cybersecurity group.

J. Mark Eggleston, CISSP, GSEC, CHPS
Mark Eggleston is a senior executive specializing in security and privacy program development and management. He currently serves as vice president, chief information security officer and privacy officer at Health Partners Plans in Philadelphia, where he leads the implementation and maturation of various security technologies and privacy initiatives. He also manages a business continuity and disaster recovery program. Mr. Eggleston’s unique background and expertise in information technology, program and people management -- combined with his diverse experience in managed care and health care provider systems -- has positioned him as a thought leader and frequent industry speaker

Mr. Eggleston started his professional career serving as a program manager and psychotherapist at a hospital serving children and adolescents. Later, Mr. Eggleston helped develop an internal compliance approach -- complete with policies and tools -- ensuring a geographically dispersed health care provider organization (across 19 states) complied with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Mr. Eggleston then transitioned to applying his HIPAA expertise at Health Partners Plans. He has been promoted into a series of positions to direct the organization’s security and business continuity programs. Mr. Eggleston has also helped to implement many successful security controls, including single sign-on (SSO), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and a vulnerability assessment program.

Mr. Eggleston received his Bachelor of Science in psychology from Radford University. Later, Mr. Eggleston received both his Master of Social Work and his Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Management Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition, Mr. Eggleston holds CHPS, GSEC, and CISSP certifications.

Dave Snyder
Dave brings over 43 years of IT experience into his role as the Chief Information Security Leader at Independence Blue Cross, a southeastern Pennsylvania regional Blue Cross Plan.Dave has been with Independence Blue Cross for over 33 years and currently leads a multi-disciplinary information security team that includes Security Operations, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. Beyond managing the information security organization, Dave shaped the Security Leadership Team to integrate information security practices in business and IT operations. He further chartered the Corporate Security and Privacy Council to increase corporate sponsorship and visibility bringing the information security program to the forefront of the Executive Operating Committee objectives.

Dave is active in many external organizations, he was nominated for the ISE Northeast Cybersecurity Executive in 2019 and has been a Co-Governing Chair of the Philadelphia Evanta CISO Summit for the past 6 years.Dave maintains several certifications, he’s a Certified Computer Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified in Risk Management and Information Systems Control, and Certified Information Privacy Professional; and he is active in the PAECTF, DVIC, ISSA, ISACA, H ISAC, IAPP and Infragard.

Kai Pfiester
Kai Pfiester is the founder and chief security architect at Black Cipher Security, a local cybersecurity and DFIR consulting firm based in Cherry Hill, NJ. His primary skills are in offensive security and incident response.In the local community he is the chapter lead for Philly TOOOL and the Philly Security Shell. As a speaker he has spoken on cybersecurity panels for major organizations such as the Philly Bar Association, the Philly Bar Institute, Fox Rothschild, Reger Rizzo, and Eckert Seamans law firms.
