DAMA Philadelphia welcomes Mark Roxberry for a special presentation and panel in honor of Cyber Security Awareness month.

Many in our community have raised questions around Security Best Practices for their organizations.  As we are flooded with reports with varying statistics Cyber Security is everyone’s job.  Some recent statistics state:

  • Cyber attacks occur every 39 seconds
  • Cyber attacks impact 1 in 3 Americans every year
  • The average cost of a data breach is $3.86 million and moving in an upward trend.

This meeting will focus on raising awareness and countermeasures we should be acting on as IT and Data professionals.  We will would also like your questions to share during a panel discussion on how we as professionals and a community help protect against cyber-attacks, data breaches, and ransomware attacks.

Submit your questions in advance for the panelists to answer!   Email [email protected] or reply to this email.
